Applies to: CalmBuddy Mini app, guided breathing sessions, live webinars, and any digital content or services offered by CalmBuddy (“we”, “our”, “us”).

By using CalmBuddy, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before accessing or using our services.

1) Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, subscribing, or using CalmBuddy services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2) Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use our services.
  • If under 18, you may use CalmBuddy only with parental or guardian supervision.

3) Services Provided

CalmBuddy offers:

  • Guided breathing sessions (live and recorded).
  • Webinars, workshops, and wellness-related digital content.
  • Subscription-based access to CalmBuddy Mini.

We may add, modify, or discontinue features without prior notice.

4) Accounts & Security

  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized use of your account.
  • We are not liable for losses due to compromised credentials.

5) Payments & Subscriptions

  • All fees are displayed in INR (or local currency where supported).
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the billing date.
  • By purchasing, you authorize us (or app store providers) to charge your payment method.

6) Cancellation & No Refund Policy

  • Subscriptions and purchases are non-refundable, except as required by law.
  • You may cancel anytime; access remains until the current billing cycle ends.
  • For purchases via Apple App Store or Google Play, their terms apply.

7) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Misuse CalmBuddy for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
  • Copy, distribute, or resell our content without written permission.
  • Disrupt services (e.g., hacking, reverse engineering, or spreading malware).

8) Intellectual Property

  • All CalmBuddy content (text, graphics, videos, brand elements) is owned by CalmBuddy.
  • You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only.

9) Disclaimers

  • CalmBuddy is not a medical service. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure health conditions.
  • Consult a healthcare professional before starting any wellness practice.
  • We provide content for educational and relaxation purposes only.

10) Limitation of Liability

  • CalmBuddy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the last 3 months.

11) Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms.
  • Engage in abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
  • Misuse services or intellectual property.

12) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Noida UP.

13) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms anytime. Updates will be effective upon posting. Continued use of CalmBuddy after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
