Applies to: CalmBuddy Mini app, guided breathing sessions, live webinars, and any digital content or subscriptions offered by CalmBuddy (“we”, “us”).
Please read carefully before making a purchase. CalmBuddy maintains a No Refund Policy.
1) What you can purchase
- Subscriptions (monthly/annual) to CalmBuddy Mini.
- One‑time purchases like live or recorded webinars, workshops, or digital programs.
- Gift codes and promotional plans (where available).
2) Cancellations
Subscriptions
- You may cancel anytime from your account settings. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- No refunds or credits are provided for partial months, unused sessions, or early cancellations.
- If you signed up via Apple App Store or Google Play, follow their cancellation steps in your device settings. Their billing terms apply.
Webinars & One‑time Purchases
- Live webinars/workshops: Once booked, fees are non‑refundable regardless of attendance or cancellation timing.
- Recorded/on‑demand content: Access begins immediately upon purchase and is non‑refundable.
3) No Refunds Policy
- All payments made to CalmBuddy are final and non‑refundable.
- We do not issue refunds for:
- Subscription renewals, cancellations mid-term, or unused periods.
- Missed or unattended webinars/workshops.
- On‑demand/recorded digital content once delivered.
- Gift codes, promotional plans, or price differences from discounts/offers.
4) How to Manage Your Plan
- You are responsible for managing cancellations before renewal dates.
- Purchases made via Apple App Store or Google Play are billed by those platforms and their policies apply.
5) Exceptions
In rare circumstances, CalmBuddy may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund or credit for:
- Duplicate charges or technical errors confirmed by our system.
- Situations required by applicable law in your jurisdiction.
6) Chargebacks
Please contact us first for billing concerns. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of your account.
7) Pricing, currency & taxes
- Prices are shown in INR (or your local currency where supported).
- Applicable taxes (e.g., GST) may be added at checkout. We can issue tax invoices on request.
8) Changes to this policy
We may update this policy at any time. Updates will be effective upon posting on this page.
